  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 1/2-3/4 soup can of water
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5-6 potatoes

    Brown pork chops in butter with salt, pepper, and garlic. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Pour soup into skillet with pork chop drippings, add milk and water. Slice potatoes thinly over pork chops. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 400° for about 1 1/2 hours or till tender.
