Ingredients

  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 small jar pimento cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 2 c. water

Directions

  1. 1
    Heat 1 cup of crushed pineapple and 1/4 cup sugar.
  2. 2
    Dissolve 1 package lemon gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
  3. 3
    Add to above and cool. Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream with 1 small jar pimento cheese. Fold in above and put in the refrigerator until firm.

    Then top with 1

    package lime gelatin, dissolved in two cups of water.
