  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Soften margarine; mix with sugar.

    Add beaten eggs to sugar mix.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir well; pour into pie shell. Place unbaked pie on a cookie sheet and bake in

    a preheated oven at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
