- 1 oz extra dry vermouth
- 3 oz vodka
- 2 olives, of your favorite variety
Directions

1Add ice to a Martini glass.

2Add water to glass just until it covers the ice; this will frost the glass on emptied.

3Add ice to the shaker.

4Add vermouth and vodka to the shaker.

5Normally the shaker cap will measure out an ounce when filled to the top.

6Add the cap to the lid and place the lid on the shaker.

7Shake vigorously for 4-8 shakes.

8Empty the glass of its water and ice.

9Strain shaker contents into glass.

10Skewer 2 olives onto a swizzle stick.

11I used pimento stuffed olives but I normally prefer blue cheese stuffed olives, especially when pairing with steak.

12Hold the glass from the stem and enjoy.
