Eye Round Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 roast
  • 2 c. water
  • 4 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil roast (simmer, covered with water) for 3 hours.

    Take from water; cool and slice into rounds.

    Mix together remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a boil only; pour over roast slices.

    Bake, covered, at 300° for 30 minutes.

    (I have frozen this after I baked it and it does fine.)
