- 6 to 8 pork chops
- bottle of wine (white Zin or your choice)
- fresh rosemary
- pepper
- olive oil
Directions

1In a large frypan, put olive oil to cover pan.

2Heat pan first. Put fresh rosemary in first and then pork chops.

3Cook hot and then sprinkle wine to cool pan down.

4Move chops around so they don't stick.

5Repeat many times.

6Heat up.

7Cool down with wine.

8Turn over.

9Should be caramel color on chops.

10Cook until white inside. Serves 4 to 6. Temperature:
