- 2-1/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Evaporated Milk
- 16 whole Large Marshmallows
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 6 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Directions

1Mix sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter and salt in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until you reach a boil. Mixture will bubble quite a bit. Boil and stir for 5 more minutes. Take off heat. Stir in chocolate chips until completely melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread into an 8 x 8 buttered pan. Cool and then cut.
