- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella
- 1 medium onion, processed
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, chopped and drained
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook spinach.

2Saute onions and mushrooms in oleo.

3Add drained spinach.

4Remove from heat and add cheeses.

5Slice bread into two halves.

6Spread with mixture and wrap loosely in foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

7Can be frozen and reheated.
