Spinach Bread

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella
  • 1 medium onion, processed
  • 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, chopped and drained
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook spinach.

    Saute onions and mushrooms in oleo.

    Add drained spinach.

    Remove from heat and add cheeses.

    Slice bread into two halves.

    Spread with mixture and wrap loosely in foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Can be frozen and reheated.
