  • 1 can sardines, drained, deboned and cut into small pieces
  • 1 can anchovies (do not drain), cut up and mix with sardines
  • 1 large bunch green onions, chopped
  • olive oil (approximately 4 oz. or more)
  • 4 oz. grated Romano cheese, combined with 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • dried basil leaves (optional)
  • black pepper (optional)
  • garlic powder (optional)
