Failure Cake

   In a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish, combine 2 beaten eggs, butter and cake mix.

   Mix until crumbly.

   Spread out.

   Mix separately with electric hand mixer (until smooth), cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners sugar.

   Pour this mixture over crumb mixture in dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
