  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 cup refried beans, warmed
  • 4 flour tortillas (10 inch), warmed
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min.

    or until chicken is evenly browned.

    Add onions and peppers; cook 2 to 3 min.

    or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done.

    Stir in dressing; cook 2 min.

    or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    Spread beans down centers of tortillas; top with chicken mixture, salsa, cheese and lettuce.
