- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 large bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 lb. stripped raw chicken or steak
- 2 oz. teriyaki sauce
Directions

1Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions, peppers and raw meat. Stir-fry.

2Add teriyaki sauce as you stir-fry, until vegetables are done.

3Add meat mixture to warm flour tortillas (like a taco). Garnish with diced onions, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole dip.

4Serves 6.
