Ingredients
- 1 Wrap or Tortilla Wrap
- 2 tbsp Hummus
- 1 tbsp of Mango Chutney OR 3 Sundried Tomatos. Not both.
- 4 Falafels
- 200 grams Spinach (cooked & shredded)
- 200 grams Carrots (grated)
- 1 bunch Coriander to taste (optional)
- 100 grams of soft cheese like Feta or Goats' cheese is best for this recipe. Cheddar and similar cheeses also work well.
Directions

1Spread Hummus and, if using, Mango Chutney.

2Add veggie blend and Sundried Tomatos, again if using.

3You can warm the Falafels according to packet instuctions, but I prefer not to.

4Otherwise, wrap and heat for 30 odd seconds in a microwave.
