- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 3 qt. salted water
- 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. lean bacon
- juice of 1 small lemon
Directions

1Boil fish fillet in water for 5 minutes.

2Then remove fish to cool.

3Add to the water sliced potatoes.

4Let them cook until well dissolved.

5Then add onion and diced potatoes.

6When onion starts getting soft, add sliced tomatoes.
