- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 23 cup honey
- 2 large eggs beaten
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

2Mix liquid ingredients well.

3Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until the flour is moistened.

4Batter will be lumpy.

5Fill 24 well-greased muffin tins 23 full and bake at 400F (200C).

6for 20 minutes.

7Cool 10 minutes in pans or wire rack.

8Loosen muffins with a knife; invert onto wire racks.
