  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1-1/2 cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1/4 cups Organic Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cups Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 cups Dried Blueberries

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°F. Coat 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

    Place oats in a bowl and add almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and cinnamon. Mix well.

    In a separate bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, oil and vanilla. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Stir all ingredients together until completely combined.

    Spread the mixture evenly into a thick layer on the cookie sheets. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring every 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 5 minutes.

    Transfer to a large bowl and mix in the cranberries and blueberries. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
