- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1-1/2 cup Raw Almonds
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Organic Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups Dried Cranberries
- 3/4 cups Dried Blueberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°F. Coat 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

2Place oats in a bowl and add almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and cinnamon. Mix well.

3In a separate bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, oil and vanilla. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Stir all ingredients together until completely combined.

4Spread the mixture evenly into a thick layer on the cookie sheets. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring every 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 5 minutes.

5Transfer to a large bowl and mix in the cranberries and blueberries. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
