  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Cool Rich
  • 1 pkg. cooked frozen squash, defrosted
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar (1/4 c. brown and 1/4 c. white)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a blender. Grease an 8 x 11-inch casserole dish (can use Pam cooking spray). Pour the mixture into the dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pass a knife through to make a design on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
