- 4 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices fresh roasted turkey breast
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp fresh mild salsa

22. While eggs are cooking, spread 1 tbsp of beans over each tortilla. Top each with 2 tbsp of cheese and microwave on high for 20 seconds.

33. Add 2 slices of turkey breast, then place 2 poached eggs on top of each tortilla. Top eggs with additional 1 tbsp cheese.

44. Slice avocado into 6 slices and top each tortilla with 3 slices.
