  • 1 c. diced ham or bacon
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 12 beaten eggs
  • 3 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 recipe Cheese Sauce
  • 4 tsp. melted butter
  • 2 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

    In large skillet cook meat and onion in 3 tablespoons of butter until onion is tender.

    Add eggs and scramble just until set.

    Fold mushrooms and cooked eggs into Cheese Sauce.

    Turn into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
