- 1 lb. Jack cheese
- 4 eggs, separated
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Wash peppers; remove seeds and drain on paper.

2Layer peppers and cheese in casserole.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Beat egg yolks slightly.

5Add salt, flour and evaporated milk; stir until smooth.

6Add to beaten whites.

7Pour over chili and cheese in casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
