  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Boil the potatoes in salted water until done.

    Cool and peel. Grate the potatoes.

    Combine potatoes, onions, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and salt.

    Place in greased baking pan.

    Mix bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle on top of the potatoes.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour, until hot and bubbling in the middle.
