Fantastic Fudge

Directions

   Combine first 3 ingredients together to rolling boil.

   Boil over medium heat (for simmering); constantly stir.

   Remove from heat.

   Melt chocolate pieces.

   Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts.

   Let cool at room temperature.

   Cut into squares.
