  • 125 g mixed peel
  • 125 g glace apricot
  • 60 g prunes
  • 60 g glace pineapple
  • 125 g raisins, seeded
  • 125 g sultanas
  • 125 g plain flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Chop fruits finely in food processor.

    Mix in sifted flour.

    Add eggs to make a stiff mixture.

    Form a roll about 12 inches/30 cms long.

    Place on greased oven tray.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350 F.
