Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. evaporate milk
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz. marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 3 qt. saucepan.

2Bring to full boil stirring constantly.

3Boil five minutes over medium heat, or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees with constant stirring to prevent scorching.

4Remove from heat.

5Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted.

6Add remaining ingredients, mix until well-blended.

7Pour into greased 9 x 9 or 13 x 9 pan.

8Cool at room temperature.

9Cut into squares. Makes about 3 pounds of fudge.
