   oleo and milk. Bring to rolling boil, stirring

   5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly (scorches easily).

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in chocolate

    melted.

    Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.

    Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
