- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 3 c. shrimp, lobster or crabmeat
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook onion in oil until transparent.

2Blend in flour and curry.

3Add soup and cook gently until sauce is heated.

4Mix in seafood, sherry and sour cream.

5Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Serve hot over fluffy cooked rice.
