  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 3 c. shrimp, lobster or crabmeat
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Cook onion in oil until transparent.

    Blend in flour and curry.

    Add soup and cook gently until sauce is heated.

    Mix in seafood, sherry and sour cream.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Serve hot over fluffy cooked rice.
