- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. Parkay
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan.

2Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

3Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 238. Stir constantly to prevent scorching.

4Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until melted.

5Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla.

6Beat until well blended.

7Pour into a greased 13 X 9 inch pan.

8Cool and cut into squares.
