- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 or 4 caps extract (rum, mint or almond)
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs and beat well. Add melted chips and vanilla until mixture is smooth.

2Add extract and mix well.

3Put in a 9 x 8-inch pan that has been lined with waxed paper.

4Chill.

5Store in refrigerator or freezer (or you can cut in small squares and wrap each separately in Saran Wrap).
