  • 2 doz. sausage links (pork), browned and drained
  • 1 doz. eggs, softly scrambled
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 can undiluted Cheddar cheese soup

    Cut links into fourths; spread on bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan (glass).

    Cover with scrambled eggs.

    Cover with cottage cheese, then cover with Cheddar cheese soup.

    Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes, uncovered.

    Serve hot with toast, muffins or bread.
