- 1 medium onion
- 1 large can or bag sauerkraut
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- leftover mashed potatoes or instant potatoes
Directions

1Brown sausage with onions.

2Drain off grease and spread on bottom of casserole.

3Drain sauerkraut

4and spread on top of sausage.

5Mix shredded cheese with mashed potatoes and spread on top of sauerkraut.

6Bake for 45 minutes at 375°.
