  • Around 16 slices bacon, cut into strips
  • 1 tbs. butter
  • 1 large yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 6 potatoes boiled
  • 1 tbs. chopped parsley
  • 2/3 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
