  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

    Take sugars, flour and a pinch of salt and mix with hands, to break up brown sugar.

    Add softened butter, and mix with hands until fully mixed.

    Roll into 1/8 cup balls and flatted with a cookie press or bottom of a floured glass.

    Bake at 325 F for 16 minutes.
