  • 5 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
  • 1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

    Cook and stir bacon in large saucepan on medium heat until crisp.

    Remove from pan; drain on paper towels.

    Discard drippings from pan.

    Return half the bacon to pan.

    Stir in wieners and ham; cook 1 to 2 min.

    or until lightly browned.

    Add onions, garlic, bay leaf and thyme; cook 5 min.

    or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    Add beans and broth; simmer 20 min., stirring occasionally.

    Discard bay leaf.
