- 3/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Sift together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt into a small bowl.

2Combine eggs, butter and milk.
