- 3 Persian Cucumbers, Sliced Into 1/4 Inch Pieces
- 3 Small Bell Peppers (green, Red, And Yellow), Stem And Seeds Removed, Finely Diced
- 6 Radishes, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Medium-size Red Onion, Diced
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Leaves, Coarsely Chopped
- 1 cup Purslane (or Watercress Or Upland Cress Or Arugula), Coarsely Chopped
- 1 cup Parsley, Finely Chopped
