Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 None baby Romaine lettuce, quartered lengthwise
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 None red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 None green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 2 small pita bread, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 tsp sumac

Directions

    Whisk oil, pomegranate molasses and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season to taste. Add lettuce, cucumber, radish, onion, pepper, tomato and mint; toss gently to combine.

    Crumble feta over salad. Top with pita wedges and sprinkle with sumac.
