  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Steak-umm sandwich steaks (frozen section)
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 3 Tbsp. Bleu cheese dressing (bottled)
  • 1 pkg. macaroni and cheese mix (deluxe or regular)

Directions

    Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions. While macaroni is cooking, place onions, garlic powder and chopped tomatoes in lightly oiled pan.

    Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Break Steak-umm steaks into 8 to 10 pieces each and add to tomato mixture.

    Cook and stir until Steak-umm pieces are just brown. Do not overcook.

    Stir Bleu cheese dressing into Steak-umm/tomato mixture.

    Take Steak-umm/tomato mixture out of pan with slotted spoon to drain excess tomato juice.

    Mix with macaroni and cheese. Salt to taste.

    Serves 4 to 6.
