  • 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • milk (optional)

Directions

    Brown sausage in a skillet and drain.

    Cut the block of velveeta cheese into 'chunks' and put in a crockpot.

    Add the sausage and can of Rotel tomatoes.

    Cook on high until cheese melts.

    You can add some milk to this to achieve the desired consistency as once the cheese melts it is a thick dip however we like it this way best.

    We serve this with tortilla chips, flour tortillas and corn tortillas.
