- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- milk (optional)
Directions

1Brown sausage in a skillet and drain.

2Cut the block of velveeta cheese into 'chunks' and put in a crockpot.

3Add the sausage and can of Rotel tomatoes.

4Cook on high until cheese melts.

5You can add some milk to this to achieve the desired consistency as once the cheese melts it is a thick dip however we like it this way best.

6We serve this with tortilla chips, flour tortillas and corn tortillas.
