- 1 c. vinegar (white)
- 1 Tbsp. Mazola oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. alum
- raw vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, onions, celery, green beans and tomatoes
Directions

1Boil the vinegar, oil, sugar, pickling salt, water and alum together.

2Put over vegetables in pint jar with dill on bottom and top.

3Boil lids and seal.

4Boil water in canner and put in jars. Cover.

5Turn off heat and leave setting in canner overnight, covered.

6Makes 2 to 3 pints.
