- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- about 5 c. flour
Directions

1Combine the yeast, warm water and sugar; dissolve.

2Combine the scalded milk, sugar, butter and salt; cool to lukewarm. Combine yeast mixture and milk mixture.

3Add in eggs.

4Mix in flour.

5Dough should be slightly sticky.

6Put oil in large bowl and spread over sides.

7Place dough in bowl; turn over to coat all sides.

8Let raise until double in size.

9Shape into rolls and let raise.

10Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
