  • bananas
  • 2 cans pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. milk
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • coconut

Directions

    Bake cake mix in two 9 x 13-inch pans and cool.

    Slice a layer of bananas on cake and top with crushed pineapple.

    Mix in separate bowl cream cheese, pudding and milk.

    Ice the top layer with this mixture.

    Then ice the cake again with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.

    Refrigerate.
