- 2/3 cup butter, cubed
- 10.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 5.25 oz pistachios
- 5.25 oz Turkish delight, chopped
- 5.25 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 36 None glace cherries, halved
- 4 None eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line an 8 x 12 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter and 7 oz dark chocolate over low heat. Set aside and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, sift flour and cocoa powder. Add sugar, nuts, Turkish delight, remaining chocolates and cherries. Fold in eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract and chocolate-butter mixture. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 30-35 mins, or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan before cutting into squares and serving.
