Festive Chicken Spread

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 drops hot sauce
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1/4 c. diced green onions
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
- green pepper strips
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. chopped black olives
- 3 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients and beat until smooth.

2Stir in chicken, eggs and diced green onions and peppers.

3Line a mold or small bowl with plastic wrap.

4Fill bowl with mixture and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

5Invert bowl on top of leafy lettuce.

6Remove plastic wrap.

7Arrange green pepper strips, sesame seed, olives and red pepper on top of the spread.

8Put the toasted sesame seed in a stripe down the middle of the spread. Place the green pepper strips along each side of the seed. Put olives on one side of the pepper strips and the red pepper on the opposite side.

9Serve with crackers.
