• 1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
• 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
• 1 Tbsp. diced pimento
• 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. celery seed
• dash of pepper
