  • 1 head cauliflower (about 1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°. Drizzle a 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Cut cauliflower vertically into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan. Drizzle cauliflower with remaining olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
