- 2 eggs
- 2 c. water
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury date nut or cranberry quick bread mix
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 c. raisins
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. candied fruit mix
- corn syrup
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted tube pan. In large bowl, combine eggs and water.

3Add remaining ingredients, except corn syrup; stir by hand until combined.

4Pour into prepared pan.

5Bake at 350° for 75 to 85 minutes, or until inserted knife comes out clean.

6Cool in pan 30 minutes.

7Loosen edges and remove from pan.

8Cool completely.
-
9Wrap in plastic or foil and store in refrigerator.

10Glaze with warm corn syrup before serving, if desired.
