Festive OREO Cookie Tree

Directions

   Cover hat with plastic wrap.

   Secure hat to paper plate using small amount of frosting; let dry 10 minutes.

   Separate each cookie carefully, leaving red filling on one side; set aside cookie halves without filling.

   Decorate red filling side of remaining cookie halves as desired.

   Decorate 1 of the cookies with a star.

   Attach decorated and plain cookies alternately to hat with frosting, starting at base of hat and allowing rows of cookies to dry before staring next row.

   Top with star-decorated cookie.
