Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • 4 c. hot water
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. apple juice
  • 2 small cans frozen lemonade (do not dilute)
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. hot water
  • 1 gal. cold water
  • 3 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 large bottle ginger ale

Directions

    Combine Jell-O and water and dissolve well.

    Add pineapple juice, apple juice and 2 small cans lemonade.

    Combine sugar and water.

    Cook to make a syrup (until sugar dissolves).

    Combine all ingredients except ginger ale.

    Freeze in large container about 24 hours.

    Before serving, stir to make a slush.

    Add ginger ale just before serving.

    Makes about 75 servings.
