- 1 cup (225 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sherry wine
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- fettucine noodles (cooked)
- parsley (for garnish)
Directions

1Melt butter in saute pan.

2Add garlic and saute until transparent.

3Add wine and cream cook over medium heat to high heat until the cream is reduced.

4Pour over fettucine noodles.

5Add some parsley for color.
