- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Cook pasta accordingly.

2Meanwhile, in saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

3Blend in cheese; stir in whipping cream.

4Heat almost to boiling, stirring constantly, with whisk.

5Place eggs in a small bowl and beat slightly.

6Stir small amount of hot cream mixture into saucepan.

7Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, with whisk until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.

8Stir in bacon and parsley.

9Toss sauce with hot pasta.

10Serve immediately.
